We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
To qualify for no charge returns or exchanges please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be shipped to us within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund.
We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
